BH Construction Co. Ltd. are currently looking for experienced Ground Workers with a Civils/Construction background to join a well established local company in the Humber Region.

Applicants with Industrial based experience would be preferred but it isn’t essential.

Job Responsibilities:

- To work as part of a team carrying out the groundworks required (Experience preferred but not essential in; operating/banking Construction Plant, Excavations, Concreting, Tarmacing, Drainage and the use of HAV equipment).
- Completing work in the time frame allowed for the project
- Liaise with the Project Team to ensure jobs are correctly completed
- Ensure the site is safe, clean and set up in the appropriate manner
- Maintaining a polite and professional manner
- Heavy lifting may be involved.

Person Specification:

- Previous experience working on a live construction site
- Good time management
- A positive/proactive work ethic
- Hold positive communication and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks

Qualifications:

- Hold relevant CPCS/CSCS (Or equivalent e.g. NPORS) cards. e.g. Excavator/Dumper/Roller
- Possess relevant NVQ qualifications
- Hold a current/clean UK Driving Licence
- More Qualifications/Licences will be an advantage

Pay:
**Hourly paid, rate is dependent upon experience.**

**Travel remuneration as per CIJC (not below 9 miles) - at P66 HOR only**

All PPE will be provided.

Job progression prospects available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
