Marketplace Executive

As part of this successful, global organisation, one of its premium brands across Europe now requires an experienced **Marketplace Executive**, who will join the e-Business Team and help to drive growth and deliver on the ambitious targets for e-business across the region. There can be an element of agile working with this role. **The Role: **Reporting to the E-Business Manager for Europe, as the **Marketplace Executive** you will be responsible for, but not limited to: - supporting the creation and execution of online marketplace and 3rd party online retail strategies - analysing current market positions to understand and highlight growth opportunities - gathering and defining requirements for new product and campaign launches, with responsibility for reporting outcomes and overall performance - guiding the regions on how to trade channels successfully, with a commercially focused approach - developing case studies and best practices across all channels, ensuring products are displayed consistently across online touchpoints - developing trading reports to monitor and drive performance, providing contextual data and analysis to support and achieve sales targets As the **Marketplace Executive** for the brand, you will be required to devise, implement and influence at all levels, throughout the region. - experience working with marketplaces and/or D2C channels with an understanding of how to manage sales performance - experience in trading products on Amazon through either a seller or vendor model, or working with other third-party marketplaces - a strong understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing and content - experience in implementing e-Business strategy and driving both internal and external adoption (and preferably B2C) - strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as a sound commercial focus - the ability to translate numerical data and analytical findings into actionable recommendations - excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and creative in a challenging environment - the capability to be a hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative and has a positive, professional, "can-do" attitude - the ability to work as part of a team or under their own initiative, demonstrating that they are an organised and capable individual, who is used to multi-tasking and can prioritise their workload in order to meet exacting deadlines - excellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly establish and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
