**Location**: Sanya SPA, New Malden
**Hours**: Part-Time (17.5 hours per week)
- Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Front of House** team member to join us and support our growing business.

**Role Overview**

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The role involves managing client bookings, handling payments, supporting therapists with the smooth running of the spa, and driving sales through exceptional service and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a five-star experience throughout their visit.
- Manage multiple booking platforms, including scheduling, rescheduling, and taking payments.
- Confidently handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Support therapists with day-to-day spa operations, including maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the SPA.
- Take before-and-after photos of treatments for use on social media (with client consent).
- Actively work towards surpassing weekly sales targets, upselling treatments and educating our clients about all our treatments.

- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling complaints and providing solutions calmly and professionally.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A supportive team player with a willingness to assist therapists when required.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
