A bit about the job:
On-boarding, transferring or restructuring pension scheme business is a complex activity affecting multiple business areas across the Aviva Group. This role forms part of the Wealth Investments Transitions team who manage activity across our key platforms NGP, My Money and Unisure

The Transition Consultant’s purpose is to structure and manage the delivery of asset transition solutions to clients, ensuring an efficient transition is provided for scheme members, trustee, sponsoring employer and adviser within a risk-controlled environment. The Transition Consultant is accountable for the delivery of the transition and the safeguarding of Aviva capital used for the purpose.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Project management - excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across teams
- Good and effective communication/presentation - able to explain complex matters in a simple manner
- Investment and pension knowledge
- Problem solving - ability to identify and develop flexible and innovative solutions to problems
- Analytical/numerical skills

What you’ll get for this role:

- Starting pro rata salary between £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
