Maintenance Worker

Award winning client require a Maintenance Person to manage their site. You will have previous relevant experience and will be responsible for all maintenance needs, from basic repairs to bringing contractors in.

**Duties will include**:

- Site building to be opened and closed to agreed timescales - including lock down procedures and weekend work where required
- Management of contractors on site and their employees as required
- To carry out repairs as directed on a timely basis, whilst ensuring suitable stocks of materials are on hand as required.
- To ensure that scheduled maintenance checks are carried out on appropriate premises and equipment e.g., heating, rainwater, fire systems
- Manage the company fleet cars, pick up new arrivals, take fleet vehicles for services and valets etc

The role will require a cross section of labour-intensive skills and the ability to prioritise workload. You must be organised and have the ability to supervise contractual work. Basic computer skills including Outlook essential.

Experience Preferable
- Ability to do physical labour tasks
- Ability to use both common and some specialist tools and equipment to carry out repair work
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)

**Working Hours**:

- 8.45am to 5.00pm - Monday to Thursday
- 8.45am to 4.20pm - Friday
- Some Weekends (Work Depending)
