**The role**:
Brook Acre Community Primary School are looking to appoint 2 highly motivated Teaching Assistants to join our hardworking staff.
- 1 x position is suited to applicants with EYFS passion, interest and expertise
- 1 x position is more suited to applicants with an interest and expertise within KS1 and/or KS2.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Holds relevant qualifications at the level applied for, or higher
- Promotes inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
- Establishes good working relationships with pupils and with parents, acting as a positive role model for all
- Demonstrates a commitment to raising standards, with a genuine belief that every child can achieve and thrive
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively, and contribute positively, within a team environment
- Shows high expectations for the attitudes and behaviour of everyone
- Has a passion for improving the life chances of children and for impacting positively on pupil outcomes
