**Your Team**:
Our team is committed to shaping and driving the Portfolio Solutions Strategy, with a key focus on Managing General Agents (MGAs). We set the appetite for each Line of Business (LoB) and work closely with our partners to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships that drive value and support profitable growth.

While MGAs are our primary strategic focus, our team also plays a vital role in tactical engagements with other facility partners. This collaborative environment allows us to explore new opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and strengthen our proposition in the market. **Your responsibilities**:
- You will support in preparing presentations for the Board and Underwriting Committee (UWC), helping to communicate key insights and strategies.- You will assist in coordinating and setting up facilities at both global and local levels, working with various stakeholders including pricing, governance, operations, finance, and Line of Business teams.- You will Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize operational performance.- You will help manage and measure agreements, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and performance targets.- You will have the opportunity to learn about Allianz’s strategic partners and the entire production chain, gaining valuable insights into the complexities of our operations.- You will contribute to the team’s growth, taking on increasing responsibilities as we establish new partnerships and refine our approach to portfolio solutions.

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**- Completion of a bachelor's university degree by September 2025- Adaptability and Flexibility

- Duration: This is a permanent opportunity. After extensive training during the first 12 months on our Graduate Programme you will continue to work within the team and benefit from the lifelong learning opportunities that Allianz Commercial offers.- Working Hours: Full-time- Starting Date: September 2025- Recruitment Process: The assessment and selection process will vary depending on the opportunity you have applied for but if you are selected for progression, you should typically expect up to 2 interviews. For our graduate and apprentice opportunities in Europe, you will additionally be asked to undertake online assessments and to participate in an assessment centre.
