The **Sales Effectiveness Advisor**provides project management and operational support to commercial management teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Cigna Global Specific Responsibilities:

- Assist with Middle East and compliance project management to ensure successful implementation of new operating models.
- Relationship Management for Cigna Solutions partnerships to ensure governance, escalations and Commerical Management
- Develop training programs and strategy to enhance commercial team’s skills and knowledge.
- Assist with Cigna Solutions operational strategy.
- Provide training and overview of CignaLinks programs, enhancements and developments to commercial teams.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with Commercial Excellence Department, Sales, and Client Management teams to develop and execute on achieving our revenue and retention goals.
- Provide expert content and leadership on complex Commercial Excellence assignments and projects.
- Assist commercial teams in driving sales controls, metrics, systems, and processes which lead to organization gains in productivity across NA and EU markets.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process and/or training improvements.
- Work in partnership with Sales & Client Management teams to ensure consistent messaging, sharing competitive intelligence and best practices.
- Disseminates enterprise tools and best practices amongst our commercial teams.
- Maintains information of commercial activity that support performance metrics and sales process improvement.
- Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgements in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
- Identifies and ensures the execution of new and innovative key initiatives and products, as well as enhancements of current processes that drive overall growth and earnings.
- Partners closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Client Management, Finance, Legal, Underwriting, Marketing, and others to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization.

Job Requirements:

- Owning, driving, and influencing results and outcomes both internally with markets and externally with managed firms.
- Proven ability to create and further develop strong relationships with Senior Leaders and key matrix partners.
- Excellent oral/written presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate, lead, and influence in a matrixed environment is critical.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to lead/manage the organization through change.
- Goal-oriented and personally accountable; resourceful and self-directed.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base and communicate this knowledge to key stakeholders and business partners.
- Adapts to ambiguous or unfamiliar terrains.
- Works independently
- Strong experience and skill managing relationships..
- 3+ years industry experience (particularly carrier and/or consultant environment)
- Languages: Fluent in English, other fluent languages preferred.
