Trainee Echocardiographer

Here at North West Anglia Foundation Trust, we have an exciting opportunity for an 18-month fixed term full-time training post in Echocardiography. This is part of the Echocardiography Training Programme developed by the National School of Healthcare Science and funded by Health Education England.

We are committed to developing the future work force for Cardiac Physiologist/Healthcare Scientists.

The trainee will undertake the full training programme in order to progress through the academic and practical elements of the training scheme. In so doing they will learn how to perform and interpret clinical and specialist scientific processes underpinned by theoretical and applied knowledge and practical experience based around Cardiac Ultrasound procedures.
