**Job Description**:
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a nationally respected company?
Our client is a market leader in the production and supply of innovative feeding solutions for livestock farming, with over 2,500 employees in the UK and beyond. Due to an increase in business, they are looking for an experienced Process Operative to join their team in Preston, Lancashire.

**Benefits**: a full training package, with a salary increase of up to £30,000 per annum, on successful completion.

**Shifts**: 6am-6pm days, 6pm-6am nights

**Pay**: £11.10 per hour

**Responsibilities**
- Run the blending/pelleting and master weigh process in an efficient manner to deliver the production plan on time- Communicate to Colleagues and other departments if there are any issues in achieving the plan- Maintain site processes/std in line with the UFAS code of practice- To ensure that the working area is maintained to an acceptable standard of hygiene throughout shift- Communicate all issue/delays against the plan to colleagues and other departments- Proactively reduce any areas that actively are generating waste- Maintain the routine machine maintenance and cleaning schedules- Optimise utilisation of finished product bin space**Person specification**
- Prior process/production operative experience required- FLT licence desirable but not essential
