A new exciting opportunity is available in our Kiltane store. We are looking for a full-time Visual Merchandiser.

Kiltane is a proud Scottish business known for its luxurious cashmere, fine woollens, and tweeds. This is an exciting time for a visual merchandiser to join our team and grow with us to be a part of something truly exceptional.

**About the job**

You will be responsible for presenting products in a visually appealing and commercially effective way, in line with Kiltane’s brand standards, to help drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You will work 5 days per week on a 7 day rota.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the store’s visual appearance, ensuring it remains attractive, on-brand, and commercially optimised at all times.
- Implement visual changes efficiently and systematically, ensuring mínimal disruption to store operations.
- Maximise selling potential by strategically using tools to analyse sales data and space profitability.
- Monitor sales figures to make informed, product-led merchandising decisions.
- Ensure timely replenishment and stock availability.
- Collaborate closely with the store team, sharing updates on new products, merchandising adjustments, and stock concerns.
- Sale advisor duties and customer service still apply.
- Communicate regularly with the management team, providing feedback and supporting operational tasks as required.

**About you**
- Results-focused and sales-driven, with solid visual merchandising experience in a fashion retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence across teams.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience.
