We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our projects department undertaking construction phase activities of secured mobilised projects in the North of England.
You will be joining a value-based business with true family ethos, with our people at the heart of everything we do.

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will work with subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure works are delivered against programmes, and are compliant, including ensuring health and safety standards on multiple sites across the client area.

Essential:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent dispute resolution skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to demonstrate experience of supervising teams.
- Experience of work planning/project works.
- Appropriate qualifications including : GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 or a City & Guilds trade qualification.
- SSS
- Excellent understanding of building maintenance
- IT literate
- Working knowledge of MS Project
- Environmental awareness
Desirable
- SMSTS
- Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance
- Understanding of job costing
- Scaffold inspection qualification
