An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated carpet salesperson who is eager to sell and join our team in our busy Carpet Warehouse on Union Street Middlesbrough as a Sales Professional.

**About Trade Flooring 4 You**

Trade Flooring 4 You is one of Middlesbrough's largest Carpet Warehouses. Established in 2010, we have grown with the aim of offering excellent service and great value to our customers. The Carpet & Flooring Sales position will be based at our Warehouse just on the corner of Union St. and Parliament Rd. It is rare that job openings come up within our company, as usually our staff stay with us for the long term.

**The Ideal Applicant...**

Would have Carpet Sales experience to fit this role. Our carpet salespeople are knowledgeable, trusted specialists, offering expert guidance and support to our customers, helping to turn their houses into homes.

A successful member of staff will:

- Provide an excellent customer experience, helping customers to choose the perfect flooring for their homes
- Achieve personal and team sales targets
- Easily build rapport and confidently seek to understand each customer’s needs

The person that we are looking for to join our team should be organised, efficient, and have a friendly demeanour. can do, helpful attitude and outlook. You should have a natural attention to detail, be numerate, logical and be able to develop rapport with our customers & consistently convert sales in a this very busy department. You should have confidence in dealing with a variety of people and you should be commercially minded, energetic, with a hands-on approach to the efficient running of our carpet sales function, from actually gaining the sale, right through to completion and beyond such as aftersales customer service, it is a varied role.
