This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit you if you are a Trainee Financial Advisor, from an independent or a banking background who is frustrated in finding new clients and completing all the admin tasks that come with being a successful FinancialAdvisor.

Alternatively this will suit you if you are a Paraplanner looking for that next step into the world of advising, where you will be guided by some of the best people in the business.

As a leading financial services business, my client is offering an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Adviser to work on an Employed basis.

**The Role**:

- Customise financial plans according to client's changing needs
- Build strong relationships to retain existing clients
- Maintain and update knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products

**What you need in order to apply**:

- Proven experience as a financial planner
- Ability to analyse financial information and comply with regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships
- Diploma in Financial Services
- Happy to learn from the senior advisers.
