We specialise in both domestic and commercial work across the whole of the South West.

We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Assistant for 40 - 45 hours a week. Although we can be flexible predominately the role will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm (depending on contractual hours).

**Duties to Include**:

- Taking calls and assigning works to operatives using the diary system.
- Communicating any issues to the manager or assistant manager.
- Ensuring any questions or concerns from operatives are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Perform any general administration duties that are required by the Office Assistant Manager.
- Providing support on the phones on a weekend or evening via a rota system.
