**The Opportunity**

If successful, this will be a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking training organisation and deliver meaningful, life-saving education to support mental health across Scottish communities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver Scottish Mental Health First Aid training in accordance with NHS Health Scotland / Public Health Scotland standards
- Adapt delivery to suit varying learner needs, ensuring inclusive, engaging and safe learning environments
- Provide professional, supportive facilitation of sensitive mental health topics
- Work collaboratively with Diversiti UK’s operations team to manage bookings, materials, and feedback processes
- Maintain accurate records and uphold best practice in safeguarding and data protection

**Essential Requirements**
- Accredited SMHFA trainer (Public Health Scotland approved)
- Demonstrable experience delivering SMHFA or other mental health training programmes
- Strong facilitation and group management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Access to own transport (for in-person delivery)
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

**Desirable**
- Experience working with diverse or vulnerable groups
- Availability for delivery across multiple locations in Scotland
- Ability to offer virtual delivery if required
