Love2Learn Education is seeking a compassionate and experienced SEND Tutor to provide one-on-one support for a Key Stage 1 student with additional needs. This role is ideal for a tutor skilled in working with students who have Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), developmental delays, and communication needs, especially those using Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) devices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver personalised learning plans based on the student’s unique needs.
- Provide engaging, sensory-based 1:1 sessions that promote communication and developmental skills.
- Support the student in building communication skills, using AAC tools where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience working with SEND students, particularly with ASC, developmental delay, and communication needs.
- **Skills**: Familiarity with sensory-based learning and AAC devices for non-speaking students.
- **Compliance**: Enhanced DBS check (must be on the update service), up-to-date safeguarding training, and eligibility to work in the UK.
- **Qualifications**: QTS preferred but not essential.
