This growth means we need to continue to evolve and grow the brand team that are spearheading this evolution of the business. An exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced brand and creative thinker to join our fantastic team and become a leader in the continued evolution of the business through both our creative and media strategies.

This position is key to the inception, development and deployment of large-scale brand campaigns delivering across a wide range of product verticals from fashion to electricals and onto pure brand moments.

They will work hand in hand with agencies across creative, media and communications to deliver groundbreaking campaigns spurring the business forwards.

We believe this role represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced brand marketeer to step into an online retailer perfectly set up to capitalise on the growth and change in the retail space we’ve seen over the past couple of years.
**About you.**

You’ll have a minimum of 8 years working for or with a major consumer-facing brands with a track record of delivering innovation both creative and media across a multitude of platforms.

You will be used to running various projects at once and be capable of driving strategic change and ambition in a fast-paced environment. You will have significant experience in creative development process with an eye for brilliant execution driven by true consumer insight.

In terms of personality, we’re looking for a team player who can bring energy and excitement to the role. You’ll be a self-starter and equally happy to lead as well as roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with everyone else. You’ll have the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and hold your own with senior leaders.

**Key Skills/Knowledge**
- At least 8 years’ experience across multi-channel communication including ATL channels
- Strong creative development experience, designing and executing with excellence. An eye for detail and understanding of brand guardianship.
- Understanding of media and the roles of channels.
- Strong commercial awareness, and a track record of delivering against agreed KPI’s.
- Strong stakeholder management, confidence to lead and influence agency partners.
- Experience managing multimillion pound budgets.
- Ability to operate and influence at a senior level.
- Role to work 1 day a week at our creative agency (London based) as part of hybrid working
