Store Organiser

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS WAREHOUSING EXPERIENCE

Hours: Full Time

Duration: Permanent

Requirements: Clean UK Driving Licence, FLT and Reach Truck Licence

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience of warehouse/stock management

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with other departments and staff at all levels

Excellent organisational skills

Proven ability to plan and prioritise workloads and able to work under own initiative

Knowledge of Health & Safety practices

Excellent time management skills

Being a strong team player

Friendly, polite and helpful

Good I.T skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving deliveries from suppliers

Unloading, loading vehicles, either manually by hand or by MHE.

Breaking down shipments and placing them in correct areas.

Maintain and improve the housekeeping of the Warehouses

Picking and packing.

Office tasks when required

Ensure that the department operates in accordance with Company Health and Safety Policy and that safe working practices are observed at all times. In liaison with the Health and Safety Officer, review and improve operating procedures on a continuous basis
