**Your responsibilities**:

Run multiple strategy projects for clients on topics including creative brief development, brand positioning, brand architecture, brand launch and roll out, campaign strategy, campaign planning, and product strategy.
- Develop all strategies to be actionable and inspiration for our creative team, and simple and clear for our clients.
- Help grow Uniforms client relationships by identifying, developing, and presenting opportunities to existing clients.
- For select clients, lead on all high-level, long term brand strategy and evolution, medium-term communications and campaign planning, and shorter-term engagement strategies.
- Create opportunities for strategy workshops to evolve client thinking and brand positioning and purpose.
- Analyse our clients businesses and needs and recommend revenue-driving opportunities for strategic projects and proposals.
- Develop thought leadership related to our positioning and clients.
- Guide creative ideation throughout to ensure were producing breakthrough work that drives clients businesses forward.

Ideally, wed like you to have: *

Three to four years experience in design/advertising/marketing.
- A degree in communications, advertising, branding planning, or a business A+.
- The ability to articulate yourself with confidence on a range of industry topics including brand, consumer, and communications.
- Excellent instincts when it comes to human behaviour, business strategy, general marketing theory, and industry topics in general.
- A passion for creativity, culture, understanding human behaviour, brands, platforms, and problem solving.
- Familiarity with the process of building brands over time and uncovering deep consumer insights.

**Salary**: £48,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
