Rainworth Group are a family run business that represents Hyundai, SKODA and Isuzu at our sites in Nottinghamshire and South & West Yorkshire. We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Marketing professional to take our virtual presence to the next level. Previous motor industry experience is not essential but what we are seeking is the ability to work with our business teams to capture and harness the great offers that we have and translate them into the digital world to provide meaningful and relevant social media and marketing content.

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat - whatever the platform - we want to make sure customers across all demographics receive our messages about our latest offers as well as dialogue to build customer interaction and loyalty to our brands and business. The ability to design campaigns across all media and to tie this in with our other marketing activities is pre-requisite.

You'll be supported by our in-house photographer to capture images to support your online activity.

We are seeking someone who has demonstrable evidence of;
- working in effective team environments to generate ideas and to translate these into weekly, monthly and annual marketing plans, producing marketing activity reports.
- the ability to work alongside our business teams to translate ideas and feedback to increase the effectiveness of our campaigns
- working with external media agencies to generate art work, book advertising space, action targeted and “boosted” social campaigns
- creating and developing innovative and bespoke competitions for opportunities to drive followers and increase business awareness
- able to understand and follow ASA and FCA guidance around advertising standards

And of course it goes without saying excellent IT and database management skills are essential, as is a full driving licence and the willingness to travel to the dealerships as required.
