Job description

You will be responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care Workers and Clients.

Principal responsibilities

To maintain close liaison with both care workers and clients and be a link with the office and managment.

Oversee care quality control

Monitor and supervise care service

Hours: 16 hours per week (possibility to expand)

Principal responsibilities:

- Managing care and support workers
- Ensuring care and support workers are adhering to Helen Kane Nursing Services high standards and following policies and
- Procedures set out by management - RQIA requirements
- Monitor Clients & Staff on a routine basis
- Liase with clients & staff if concerns or issues
- Hold regular team meetings, supervisions and appraisals with care and support workers to ensure
- Effective partnership working and staff development
- Initiate first contact with service users and family to carry out care assessments

**Experience**:
Providing care: 1 year (required)

Supervisory: 1 year (required)

Driving Licence and access to a car (required)

NVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care (preferred)

NISCC registration

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
