The role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Invigilator to join the team.

As an Invigilator, there is a requirement to invigilate examinations in the Hall, in an IT room, or on a one-to-one basis. Invigilators are required to support the following activities:

- To assist setting up examination rooms by laying out papers and materials as instructed.
- To help ensure that the conduct of the exam takes place within the guidelines set by JCQ and the Exam Boards (Training will be given and qualification gained)
- To ensure the safeguarding of pupils (Safeguarding training will be provided).
- At the end of exams, make sure that the scripts have been filled in correctly. If a laptop has been used, check that the student has saved the work to the USB provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive IT experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of confidentiality
- A good team member who can work on their own initiative

**Salary**: £13 per hour
