We are seeking a Warehouse Operative Picker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing items according to customer orders, ensuring that all items are accurately processed and shipped out in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack items according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Ensure that all items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including but not limited to keeping work areas and equipment clean and free of debris
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
- Other duties as assigned
