We currently have an exciting opportunity for **Support Workers** to join our fantastic team based in **Preston**. We have vacancies on a **full time or part time basis** and in return, you will receive a competitive salary **of £18,325 to 18,576 per annum depending on qualifications) ,PLUS additional sleepovers paid at £46 per night.**

**What are we looking for in our idealSupport Worker ?**

As a **Support Worker**you’ll needexperience of working with adults with learning disabilities and additional needs OR experience in mental health or youth work is desirable but not essential.

Flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends is essential.

Applicants must have a strong value base, with an ability to respect the clients’ wishes and views and enable them to enjoy a full and enriched life of their choosing, confident of high quality, safe services, promoting independence, well-being and dignity.
