Baker/ Pie Maker

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Baker/pie maker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods; pies and pastry.
- Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food production, culinary arts, or a related field is essential
- Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a fast pace bakery setting
- Culinary education or training in baking
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
