We’re recruiting for a Multi Skilled Labourer to join our team in Basingstoke, working across North Hampshire. This is a permanent position, working 39 hours per week. Want to know what we can offer you?

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
As a multi skilled labourer, you’ll provide a minor skilled repairs and maintenance service to our properties. This may involve some of the following:

- Full clearances of cupboards and loft spaces with the correct disposal of items
- Keeping sites clear of rubbish & delivering to tip/central skip
- Delivering and collecting materials from and to sites
- Occasional small jobs of painting and decorating
- Removing asbestos (only after specific training)
- Working alongside a Carpenter assisting with carpentry work, fire stopping and fitting signage as required.

You’ll need to have experience in a varied role, carrying out similar tasks to the above. You’ll also have good knowledge of health and safety to carry out works safely. And finally, you’ll need a full, clean, current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) to drive one of our vans when needed.
