**Responsibilities**

- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks as required, under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Help with serving food during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery to guests.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- A keen interest in culinary arts and hospitality.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities within the kitchen.
