E-commerce Merchandise Controller

Our client are a global fashion design and retail business founded in the 1900's. They are part of an umbrella company who work with some of the leading luxury retailers in the world. This growing business, known for their positive culture, has an E-commerceMerchandiser Controller role available.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their skills in merchandising, with an interest in growing their e-commerce knowledge within a supportive team structure. This multi-platform, multi-channel company are renowned for their collaborative andnurturing culture.
The main areas of responsibilities will be with the assistance of the merchandising, stock movement and product related activities of the website working across multi-channel platform.

Key responsibilities:
To own the day-to-day inventory management of the website
To manage seasonal trackers in line with website stock levels
To work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business
To ensure that all products are merchandised within the correct categories and commercially presented online
Maintain visual merchandising of the website, ensuring a consistent look and feel throughout the site
To be accountable for stock and delivery updates
To support with price upload and maintenance
Run weekly, monthly and ad-hoc sales reports for trade and other meetings
Helping to coordinate general administrative tasks for digital and commercial teams
Help with wider digital projects and other miscellaneous tasks as required
You are/have:
Generally, tech savvy - can learn and adapt very easily to new systems
Someone who is very solution focused with strong problem-solving skills
A curious person - but very autonomous and proactive
E-commerce or digital exposure would be great but not mandatory
Industry background - retail background is preferred but not mandatory
A want to grow their knowledge of cross functional working within a growing business - this role will be coordinating with cross functional teams to gather data to ensure the products go live
Likes to work in a collaborative and friendly workplace with an amazing reputation - reporting to the E-commerce Merchandiser - working closely with the E-commerce Manager
Strong Excel skills
Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
SAP experience is a plus but not necessary
Enjoy both analytical and artistic thinking
