Kelburn Practice are looking for a permanent part-time receptionist to join our team.

The post will be 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 7.45am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Applicants must be flexible to assist in covering annual leave and sickness and you might be asked to work extra hours at short notice.

Duties will include reception cover, making and cancelling appointments, dealing with any telephone enquiries, processing prescriptions requests, communicating results from GPs to patients and any other general admin tasks. This post requires you to adhere to patient confidentiality at all times.

Computer literacy is essential. Experience working in GP practice and a knowledge of GP IT systems Emis & Docman are desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Salary meets national minimum wage requirements and will be agreed dependant on experience.
