To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a **Void Property Cleaner.** This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group, supporting our vision of **Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.**

**The Role**

As a **Void Property Cleaner,** you’ll:

- Carry out property clearances and full house cleans ready for new tenants.
- Undertake general labouring and basic multi-skilled work.
- Ensure we are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of our customers.
- Take and record inventory of the full contents of the property.
- Participate in the emergency on call rota if required.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has understanding of Health and Safety legislation
- Has experience in working in a customer facing role/providing customer service
- Can manage own workload and work with mínimal supervision
