**Job description**

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, IASME is now seeking a _**Compliance Executive**_ to support with the day-to-day management and monitoring of the System to ensure continued compliance to ISO9001.

The role is full-time but part time hours would be considered. IASME offers a flexible hybrid working model which will require at least one day a week to be spent at the IASME office in Malvern.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and support the IASME QMS
- Support the development and continued improvement of the QMS.
- Support the collecting and analysis of QMS data, inputs and outputs to help identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Conduct Internal Audits and any follow up actions, including non-conformances.
- Ensure that all documents relating to the IASME QMS are current and relevant.
- Ensure that all documents are correctly controlled and registered within the QMS.
- Develop any new practices, policies, processes, procedures or work instructions that may be required.
- Handle and monitor complaints through to a successful resolution.
- Working across the organisation to ensure all relevant documents are included within the QMS.
- Ensure that the QMS works for the benefit of the business
- Support all IASME teams with their QMS requirements
- Other QMS and administrative tasks that may be necessary.

**Salary**: £21,255.00 (Full time equivalent)
