Rocket Fulfilment was established in 2017. We offer potential clients the opportunity to outsource their e-commerce order fulfilment by integrating seamlessly with their websites. What does this mean? In essence, we hold our clients stock at our warehouseand despatch their web orders on their behalf, as and when they are received. The most vital aspect of our role is to ensure that our clients stock is extremely well organised in order to achieve maximum efficiency and accuracy when picking, packing and despatchingorders.

A can do attitude is extremely valuable - we will always go the extra mile for our clients. All focus is on task completion with individualsbeing flexible to the firm’s needs. We are a small, friendly company, therefore your role will be varied and dynamic.

Daily and weekly tasks include:

- Assisting with the unloading and loading of deliveries
- Managing deliveries at goods in, confirming they are in good condition and accurate to the system and delivery paperwork
- Ensuring deliveries are located in the warehouse correctly and efficiently
- Ensure stock is picked, packed and prepared for despatch accurately and efficiently
- Replenishing pick bins
- Quality control of products, managing returns and the repacking of items such as clothing
- Performing stock takes and assisting in the resolution of stock discrepancies
- Maintaining the housekeeping of the warehouse
- Completion of ad hoc duties as and when they arise
- A keen eye for detail and record keeping
- A keen eye for the presentation of orders
- The ability to undertake instructions as given by senior staff members
- The ability to maintain the highest levels of accuracy whilst working at a fast pace
- Some flexibility as additional hours may be required in order to meet the business’ needs from time to time
- A can do, enthusiastic, pro-active attitude
- Punctual, motivated and reliable

Both part-time and full-time positions available. Core working hours are 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. Additional hours will be available during peak periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.

**Salary**: Up to £19,500.00 per year.
