We have an **exciting opportunity** for a **Subway Team** **Leader**, who is motivated, friendly, hands-on and passionate about their store. Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profit, lead and develop their team, control costs and leakage and the provision of friendly, excellent service to customers, colleagues and visitors.

**Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- To deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards
- To contribute ideas for driving the business and it’s team forward
- To use relevant processes and policies to ensure the security of people, stock and cash
- Ensure adherence to Subway compliance standards, with particular focus on those standards relating to food safety
- Report all customer complaints to manager on duty
- To comply with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction period and training
- To be fully aware of KRA’s and assist in working to deliver and improve them.
- To assist in developing a motivated and empowered team through a positive management style
- To assist in ensuring training is delivered as scheduled
- To assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction and period training
