Legal Secretary - residential conveyancing - £28,000-£29,500k - doe office based Epsom
Duties and tasks
- Transcribing letters via digital dictation
- Complete online form filling including SDLT forms
- Prepare and submit land registry forms (AP1, UN1, RX1 etc.)
- Liaise with external organisations to gather information e.g local government
- Deal with registration and all post completion admin tasks
- Diary management for clients and partners
- Liaise with clients both over the phone and face to face
- Load and keep client cases updated on case management system
This role will pay up to £29,500 and will be based in the office (there is no opportunity for hybrid working) this is a full time role.
