**Store Manager - Premium Fashion Retailer - Aberdeen - £33,000 basic plus bonus and benefits**
Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading fashion retailer as their new store manager in the vibrant Aberdeen As the Store Manager you will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new andlong-term clients and customers. This is an amazing opportunity to join a retailer who are growing and can demonstrate consistently strong results.
As a store manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. We want a passionate retail leader who is excited to be managing and controllingbudgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.
As a store manager you will be passionate abut people, product and experience, you have the freedom to drive your team and be responsible for the delivery of a luxury service.
Responsibilities as a store manager:
- Have high visual standards across all store areas
- Lead the team in store to achieve results with CRM
- Drive performance and sales through a luxury experience and service
- Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
- Enjoy what you do and show this to your team
As store manager we are keen to have the following qualities and experiences:
- Luxury or premium retail experience in either store management or senior management
- Advantage; exposure to CRM systems and clientelling
- Able to manage KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
- Has a track record of driving sales and performance
- Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work
