As a **Meeting & Events Coordinator **at Sodexo in **(Cambridge - CB2 0AA)**, You'll will be responsible for our corporate sites continuous improvement and operational excellence. **What you’ll do**:

- Work closely with the Campus Conferencing Manager to ensure smooth running and communication of the process
- To administrate the booking process from initial request made through to sending the customer details to complete ahead of their meeting or event with clear direction and understanding for the customer.
- Partake in regular calls with the Conferencing Manager, highlighting any areas of concern or areas of further development to ensure a consistent service delivery
- To assist in supporting the walking tours of the Cambridge Campus journey Job Description Meeting & Events Co-ordinator Employee Signature
- To assist with the facilitation of booking and execution of the walking tours of the Cambridge Campus journey

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
- A keen eye for detail - nothing goes unnoticed
- Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed
- IT Literate with full competency in all Microsoft packages.
