We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant, to join our specialist high-end Legal Recruitment Agency in a great location in central Bristol.

The role would ideally suit applicants with a law Degree or approaching this standard, but more importantly, you should also have an extremely outgoing and driven personality. You will need to have the ability and confidence to form warm and professional relationships with Clients of important law firms up to Partner level. You should be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be competent with Word, Excel and Case Management usage.

On our part, we will offer the opportunity to learn the skills which can enable you to earn an excellent salary, with uncapped commission.

You will be attached to a senior Consultant and initially act in a supporting role. During the majority of your training period, you will be instructed on a one to one basis and mentored by the Consultant, with a view to developing your role into that of a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant.
