**About the role**:
**Have you worked with children in a previous role?**

**Have you worked as a sports coach and would now like to gain experience of working in a school setting?**

**Are you looking to get into teaching?**

The desired Cover Supervisor be working within a school environment and be supervising pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), providing flexible support to cover short-term staff absence. Delivering pre-planned lessons, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get into teaching or working within a school.

This is role has a flexible starting position and can be either ad-hoc, short term or ongoing long-term position for what ever suits your availability.

We work with a number of schools across the Blackpool area that require support within the classroom.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Classroom Cover Supervisor you will:

- Have a passion for working with children
- Great classroom management skills
- Experience of working with young people in some capacity, e.g. coaching
- Ideally a degree, but this is not essential
