The job purpose is to meet Hygiene targets and to support Production department in timely manner and in line with food safety and legality, and health and safety standards is also essential.

**Role Key Accountabilities**
- To work together with the other members of the team, to ensure the performance of your area meets the maintenance / production plan.
- Ensure Hygiene and Housekeeping practices are being carried out.
- Ensure that good Health and Safety practices and behaviours are adopted at all times.
- Participate in company initiatives on training and development of both yourself and others.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Ability to follow instructions and work at the required high standard.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Confidence to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- A positive and proactive approach with the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic reading, writing and numeracy skills are essential.

**Personal Attributes**
As In-Shift Hygiene Operative you will work as part of Hygiene and Production team. Therefore, you will have strong communication skills and adequate social skills. You will also have a good work ethic, reliability and commitment to the company. To be successful in this this role, you will have pride in your work and the ability to complete a task from start to finish.
