Crewing Executive

Global Marine Group is currently looking for an ambitious Crewing Executive to be part of a great team.

**Purpose**:
Support and deliver the required manning plan for vessels, projects or ranks within your assigned responsibility.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Working together with other members of the Crewing team to deliver and ensure vessels and/or projects are manned in line with agreed manning plans
- Collating and checking of certificates for seafarers
- Arranging of pre-joining testing and associated tasks as required
- Accommodation and travel booking
- Travel and expenses review and management
- Payroll review and assistance
- Updating of crew management system
- Co-ordination with relevant project teams, vessels and customers
- Purchase requests and administration
- Identification of gaps in certification
- Co-ordination with third party suppliers of manpower
- Other tasks as required by Crewing Manager
Key Skills / Experience
- Experience in maritime crewing
- Good administration skills
- Awareness of Microsoft office
- Ability to work on own initiative
