We have an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to assist in the delivery of property management services to a portfolio of residential buildings, providing administrative support to the South Coast Regional Manager.
This is superb opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in residential block property management and is ideal for those looking to begin their career within Property Management.
Role and Responsibilities of the Property Manager Assistant:
- To assist in the co-ordination of work of accounts and property services department to ensure service delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of client and company records.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, letters and developer contact where required.
- Review and action hazard reports for sites within the region.
- Completion of hazard reports, following review of the H&S reports by Property Managers and submission to the relevant teams for tasks associated with the hazard.
- Action Priority 1’s in case Property Manager is out of the office/on site.
- Manage correspondence, cases and phone calls as required.
- Gradually build experience and knowledge to be able to deal with more complicated queries and provide more support to the team.
- Attend meetings / site visits when required.
- Ensure service standards are adhered to and make suggestions to improve service.
- Overall assistance/co-ordination of ad hoc activities within the regions.
- General reporting on various work flow streams for the Regional Managers and Property Managers.
- Ensure that a high level of service is available at all times to clients and relative parties.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations at all times.
The Property Manager Assistant will have:
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Customer service orientated
- Good knowledge of budgets
- Technically minded and proactive
- Confident use of a variety of IT systems and MS Office including Excel
- Full driving licence and own vehicle and be willing to travel to sites in the region
