**Role**: Telecoms Engineer
**Location**: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000

A fantastic opportunity has become available with a well-established Telecoms Company based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire going through a large spell of expansion and are now on the lookout for a Telecoms Engineer to provide support on the horizon systems (Phone,Portal and Installing).
You will provide 2nd Line Support both remotely and onsite when necessary for installs, there is also flexibility with remote working.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Experience in provisioning, installing, and supporting telecoms.
- Experience of VoIP and the Gama Horizon platform.
- Excellent customer service
