**Job Title**:Accounts Payable Assistant

**Location**:Glasgow, G41

**Contract**:Permanent

**Hours**:Part-time - 20 hrs per week

**Salary**:Range £12,500 to £13,500 per annum depending on experience

**Who are we?**

Rightdose Healthcare Limited consists of a chain of 7 pharmacies. The business has ambitious large scale expansion plans to diversity its operation by providing an online pharmaceutical distribution service. Significant investment has already been made in new premises and specialist equipment for this enterprise. The trend of consumers moving away from high street shopping to online, coupled with the increased demand in pharmaceutical products substantiates the business developing this offering.

**The Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Processing of supplier invoices

Daily bank reconciliations

Monthly statement reconciliations

Preparation of Month end journals

Assisting with other accounts payable related tasks
- Technical Skills: _
- Sage 50 Accounts

**Person Specification**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Be able to work on your own or as part of a small team
- Have strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Strong time management and self-motivation skills
