£36,000 Guaranteed Basic + £25 per night out + Monthly Profit Based Bonus + Annual Profit Based Bonus

About us
Clapperton Logistics Solutions Ltd is a growing company based in Carlisle, Cumbria. We are recruiting for a HGV Driver (Tramper) that will be required to haul predominantly brick and blocks around the UK. There will be some other loads dependant on how busy the business is. This job entails the use of a Brick Grab Crane so experience in this line of work would be preferred but not essential. We are a small company so you will be looked after and not just a number. We want someone who will be a good face of our company that is hard working, reliable and a good communicator. In return you will have a good remuneration package and a manager that values you as a person.

Essential:
All applicants MUST have the right to work and reside in the UK.
A Valid C+E License.
Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph Card.
Preferred:
ALLMI Crane Operative (Other tickets will be upgraded if you have a current NPORS Cert).
Experience with tramping.
Experience with Brick and Block Haulage.

Pay
Minimum earnings of £640 after tax.
£25 per night out usually 4 nights a week.
Monthly bonus given based on how much you earn with the vehicle usually between 3-5%
Annual Profit Based Bonus as a whole company.
Overtime can be given if you want it.
Potential to earn between £45,000-£55,000

**Benefits**:
25 Days holiday not including Public Holidays.
Forces Friendly Employer. If you are a reservist you will be granted an extra 10 days holiday for your annual deployment exercise.
