**About the role**:
The post holder will play a vital role in the organisation by bringing their practice and management wisdom, academic knowledge and clear planning skills to curriculum development and delivery for years 1 and 2 of the Frontline Programme, in addition to the Consultant Social Worker Programme (CSW).

**A little bit about you**:
You will work to the Head of Curriculum and alongside the other Principal Curriculum Leads in the team (creating a strong team ethos and ensuring the team feel aligned to the vision for the programme). You will hold accountability for the design and dissemination of aspects of the Frontline programme and CSW Programme content and teaching, ensuring the curriculum is cohesive, innovative, relevant to practice, evidence informed and that a suite of tutor materials enables confident and consistent delivery of the content across regions.

You will ensure all interdependencies (such as professional and academic standards, regulatory requirements, quality assurance and feedback processes, teaching timetables) are carefully considered and the appropriate planning and communication mechanisms are in place to effectively deliver on these.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of curriculum leads; ensuring excellent performance through regular supervision, setting clear expectations and feedback.
