As a Retail Team Member, you’ll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have.

**Salary**:£11.50 per hour

**Contract duration**:Permanent

**Hours**:10 hours per week

What it's like to work here:You'll join an amazing team of both staff and volunteers. Ickworth estate is located approximately 4 miles from town centre. The property itself is surrounded by an impressive parkland and beautiful gardens but what distinguishes us is the magnificent building with Italian inspired architecture. As a conservation charity we aim to provide an outstanding service to help us look after our special places. The gift shop with beautiful items that are sustainably sourced ,together with a great retail team, helps support our cause.

What you'll be doing:As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with an enthusiasm for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
