**Description**

As an Events Assistant you will expect to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Support on the delivery of specific events and projects, including budget monitoring, planning and booking suppliers; liaising with staff / volunteers/ participants; promoting the events; and recruiting participants, through to post-event reporting andgratefulness;
- Develop a week-by-week work plan for each event outlining all roles/ tasks that need completing
- Review the budget of individual events, ensuring events are run within budgeted expenditure
- Coordinate and motivate volunteers, to provide support in the office and to recruit appropriate volunteers for events.

**Profile**

You must be immediately available as this opportunity is to start as soon as possible.

**Job Offer**

Basic Salary c£24,000
