We are working with a Lexcel accredited, award-winning, multi-office law firm, who are seeking an experienced **PrivateFamily Solicitor or FCILEx **with 3 years'+PQE, to work at their office in Wolverhampton

**The role will involve**:

- Running your own caseload of private family matters including divorce, financial settlements, pre and post nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, privatechildren matters, domestic violence,
- Providing family law advice to clients
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Supporting development of the department and the company as a whole
- Conducting proceedings on a range of privately funded matters
- Conducting own advocacy work
- Use of case management system
- Assist with the supervision of support staff
- Fully Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx status
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing a caseload in a similar role
- The ability to manage cases from start to finish without supervision
- Experience in conducting own advocacy work
- A working knowledge of Lexcel requirements
- Membership of Resolution and the Law Society’s Family Panel (preferred)
- Experience of handling high value matters
- Experience of using a legal case management system
