**What will you be doing as an Operations Administrator?**
Providing support to the Business Operations Manager, you will act as the first point of contact in the business for incoming calls and visitors and assist in providing admin support to the team. Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the offices
- Booking various meeting rooms and maintaining office and meeting room areas
- Operation of the offsite storage process
- Ordering, distribution and stock taking of office stationery and kitchen stocks
- Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements for the team
- Arranging the signing of legal documents following instructions from solicitors or other internal contact
- Scanning copies of signed documents
- Arranging for original documents to be sent to solicitors
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:
- Previous strong experience in a general administration role is essential
- Ambitious and keen to progress in their career
- Experience in a legal or property environment would be interesting but is not essential
- Excellent communication skills and confident to deal with all manner of people
- An adaptable and flexible team player
- Accurate with a good eye for detail
- Smart appearance
- Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
